Need-to-Know
Attractions

St. Lawrence Market

With over 120 merchants and farmers, you can find almost anything at this culinary gathering spot.

From Carousel Bakery’s world-famous peameal bacon sandwiches to fresh local produce, the St. Lawrence Market has certainly evolved since it opened in 1803

Distillery District

Historic surroundings meet modern-day culture in Toronto’s iconic Distillery District. A certified National Historic Site of Canada, the Gooderham and Worts whisky distillery was found in 1832.

In 2003, the site was reopened as a pedestrian-oriented public space and now features some of the city’s coolest restaurants, shops, and events.

High Park

One of Toronto’s largest municipal parks, every patch of High Park’s 400 acre West End plot has something for everyone.

With numerous sports facilities, a mini zoo, dog parks, and picnic areas, there’s lots to enjoy at High Park. However, the Park’s biggest attraction is undoubtedly its beautiful Japanese Sakura trees, which bloom striking cherry blossoms every spring.
