Before we begin the process of finding your new home, I start with a buyer consultation where we’ll get to know each other and cover all of the steps below:
Step 1: Let's determine your budget
When looking to buy a home in Toronto, the first step is understanding your financial situation and what you have to work with. Before we start our search, I can help you make sense of all that so we can determine the best price range to stay in when exploring homes for sale in the GTA.
Step 2: We’ll discuss your checklist
Chances are good that you’re not simply hoping to buy a house in the Toronto area. You likely have a list of things you want in your dream home, and maybe some things you’d like to avoid. I can help you establish a list of must-haves, nice-to-haves, and deal-breakers so we can form clear criteria for buying. Step 3: Let’s go shopping

Step 4: Time to make an offer

These people will make sure preparing to move into your new home goes as smoothly as possible.
Step 6: Final walk through of the home
Before we close the deal, we’ll take a walk through the home to make sure everything you agreed upon is in place. We can also arrange for the home inspector to come back and confirm that all repairs have been completed. For extra certainty, we’ll even take some time to test all the lights and appliances to be sure they’re in working order.
Step 7: Let’s close the deal
If everything’s as it should be, it’s time to close the deal. Make sure to have everything you might need to help you sign the documents, and I can help you make sense of anything that might be confusing.
Step 8: It’s time to move in!
